Flushed Away (2006) UK/USA

A refreshing comedy, adventure movie! I was really surprised by it, witty, with funny and great characters!

Crossing the Bridge: The Sound of Istanbul (2005) Germany/Tukey

One of the greatest, beautiful and touching movies I've ever seen! On IMDB

Mo jong yuen: So hat yi (1992) Hong Kong

An earlier movie of Stephen Chow, the man behind the classics Kung Fu Hustles and Sholin Soccer.
King of Beggars is in the style of earlier Jackie Chan comedies with lots of kung fu and hilarious situations, but touched by Chow's comedy genius.

Arahan jangpung daejakjeon (2004) - South Korea

I'm back with fresh movies. Well not so fresh if you consider the year 2004.
That's the Korean answer to Shaolin Soccer and Kung Fu Hustle, although it's less "cult" than the previous ones.

The Best Romance (2007) - South Korea

Very refresihng criminal/comedy/romance from South Korea.
Funny, yet I would not say great. However it's worth seeing.
The female character is a kind of the Asian version of Bridget Jones :)
(aka The Perfect Couple)

Apparently still missing on IMDB...
A review of the movie here

P.s. I've been watching this movie several times recently, and I can tell, it's the same as if I'm seeing it for the first time. Refreshing and hilarious :) Worthful.
